Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to our account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Sensitive and private data exchange happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Services are also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing address.


The displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt. PURCHASES. COMPANY accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction.


This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain the COMPANY’s prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind on the Site, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. COMPANY will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site.


  • In Case Carpets are not inspected upon delivery, the client has 1 day to register a complaint, if complaint is not registered on time the company will not be responsible to react to any complaints.
  • Carpets that have incomplete/wrong information on label regarding care will be washed with standard procedures for the material of the carpet. While the company will apply best effort, it will hold no responsibility for the result of applying standard washing procedures to the carpet.
  • While the company will apply best effort to remove any stains, it doesn’t guarantee full removal of stains, especially stains that have been embedded in the carpets fibers by previous washings.
  • Minor changes to the carpets colors are possible after washing.
  • Clients is warned that any existing damage, defects and / or dilapidation can be exacerbated by washing and company accepts no responsibility for such problems, even if exaggerated by washing.
  • The company’s liability in case of damage is limited to 10 times the cost of service.
  • Standard Turnaround is 3 business days, client accepts that some carpets may require extra time.
